I believe movement is the key to longevity!
We are living longer, but not always healthier and happier. Longevity is a combination of feeding your body the right nutrients, exercising, reducing stress, enjoying relationships, and so on.
Teaching Pilates and empowering Men and Women over 50, establish new behaviors to age in a healthier way has been my goal and pleasure for over ten years. I help them increase bone density, muscle strength, balance, mobility and decrease joint and back pain.
My experience is in teaching online, in person one-to-one and group sessions. I believe that at-home workouts can be an excellent way for people to consistently incorporate movement into their lives despite busy schedules.
I am here to meet you where you’re at today on your fitness journey and to teach you how to build foundations for your health and vitality.

I live in Boca Raton, Florida with my “Chiweenie” Luna. And I am blessed with 2 amazing daughters and 8 beautiful grandchildren.
